After cleansing, apply 1–2 pumps of Innersense Hydrating Cream Conditioner to your palms and distribute through the mid-lengths and ends using your fingers or a comb. Leave on for 1–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly; pair with Innersense Hydrating Cream Hairbath for a complete moisture-focused wash routine. Innersense specifically recommends this conditioner for coarse, damaged, thick or thirsty hair, making it especially well suited to curly and coily textures that need richer conditioning. Based on its combination of rich plant oils, butters and proteins, it can be particularly helpful for medium-to-high porosity hair, while fine or low-porosity strands should begin with a smaller amount to avoid unnecessary weight. Because the formula contains hydrolyzed rice and quinoa proteins, it is a good option for hair that responds well to a balance of moisture and protein-based conditioning.
