    2.  We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
  2. Use of the Website
    1. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
    2. You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  3. Product Availability, Pricing, and Orders
    1. The products and services displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We make efforts to ensure that the product information, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.
    2. All prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
    3. By placing an order or booking a service through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or book the specified service. All orders and bookings are subject to acceptance by Take Khair Beauty, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking for any reason.
    4. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order or booking a service, including your name, shipping address, contact information, and payment details. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order or service.
  4. Booking Hairstyles
    1. You may book hair styling services through the Website. When you book a hair styling service, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including your name, contact information, and payment information.
    2. By booking a hair styling service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
      1.  Appointment Availability: Availability for hair styling services is subject to scheduling availability and may vary based on the stylist's schedule and other factors. While we strive to accommodate your preferred appointment time, we cannot guarantee availability.
      2.  Appointment Confirmation: After submitting a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email or notification indicating that your appointment has been scheduled. Please review the details of the appointment and ensure its accuracy. The confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the requested service until it has been confirmed by Take Khair Beauty .
      3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a hair styling service, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule in advance will result in the loss of the 50% prepaid deposit.
      4. Late Arrival: We recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to modify or shorten your appointment to accommodate subsequent bookings. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.
      5. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation notice will result in the charge of 100% of the service fee. Repeat no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
      6. Service Satisfaction: While we strive to provide exceptional service, individual results may vary. If you are dissatisfied with the hair styling service received, please notify us promptly so we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution.
      7. Stylist Discretion: Our experienced stylists have the right to refuse or modify requested hair styling services if they deem it necessary for any reason, including but not limited to hair condition, styling compatibility, or safety concerns.
      8. Health and Allergies: It is your responsibility to inform us of any known health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the hair styling service. Please disclose such information during the booking process or before the appointment to ensure your safety and well-being.
      9. Payment: The applicable fees for the hair styling services will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Payment may be required in advance or upon completion of the service, depending on the stylist's preference or Take Khair's policy.
      10. Disclaimer: Take Khair and its stylists shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the hair styling services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, hair damage, or dissatisfaction with the results.
      11.  Modification or Cancellation by Take Khair Beauty: Take Khair Beauty reserves the right to modify or cancel a hair styling appointment for any reason, including but not limited to stylist unavailability, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule the appointment.
  5.  Payment and Cancellation
    1. Payment methods accepted on the Website may include credit cards, debit cards, or other forms of electronic payment. All payments are processed securely, and we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.
    2. If you need to modify or cancel an order or service booking, please refer to our separate cancellation policy, which outlines the procedures and requirements for cancellations and any associated fees or charges.
  6. Intellectual Property
    1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Take Khair Beauty or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute the content of the Website without prior written permission from Take Khair Beauty.
    2. The trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Take Khair Beauty or its licensors. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
