Cancellation Policy

At Take Khair Beauty Supply Inc., we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate the scheduling needs of all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have implemented the following policies for hair appointments:

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT: When booking a hair appointment, a $75 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit Refund: The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your timely communication to allow us to accommodate other clients.

    CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule a hair styling service, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule in advance will result in the charge of 100% of the service fee.

    LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to modify or shorten your appointment to accommodate subsequent bookings. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, we will cancel it and send you a notification. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.

    NO-SHOW POLICY: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation notice will result in the charge of 100% of the service fee. Repeat no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.

    Modification of Cancellation Policy

    Take Khair Beauty Supply Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
