  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within Canada.
  • Shipping Options:
-Free standard shipping on orders over $70.
-$5.99 standard shipping for orders under $70 in the Greater Toronto Area. 
-$9.99 standard shipping for orders under $70 in Ontario.
-$14.99 standard shipping for orders under $70 for the rest of Canada.
  • Shipping Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated after discounts have been applied and before tax is added.
  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery within 2-5 business days from the shipment date.
  • Order Tracking: If applicable, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
  • Delivery Attempts: Please ensure an accurate and accessible delivery address is provided to avoid issues.
  • Order Modifications/Cancellations: Contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: Report within 48 hours of receipt for prompt resolution.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Online shipping returns are not accepted at this time. Please visit us in-store for all returns and exchanges.
