At Take Khair Beauty, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

•  Most products, excluding sale items, beauty tools, accessories, cosmetics, wearable items, and unsealed items, are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• In-Store and Online Purchases: Whether you purchased the product in-store or online, you can return or exchange the product in-store only. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges by mail.

Return or Exchange Process

• In-Store Returns or Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange, please bring the product, along with the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email), to our physical store location. Our store staff will assist you in processing the return or exchange.

• Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure that any tags, labels, or protective seals remain intact.

• Refunds and Store Credits: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you prefer a store credit instead, please inform the store staff during the return process.

• Exchange for Different Product: If you would like to exchange the product for a different item, our store staff will assist you in finding a suitable replacement of equal value or process a store credit for future use. 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may require photographic evidence or additional information to assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Store Policies Apply

For all returns or exchanges, the store policies in effect at the time of the transaction will apply.

Modification of Return Policy

Take Khair Beauty Supply Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
