How to Use + Best For

Apply Innersense I Create Definition Styling Foam to wet hair, dispensing approximately 1–2 pumps at a time and rubbing the foam between your palms before working it through in sections. Rake or scrunch the product through the hair to encourage curl formation, then allow it to air-dry for a softer finish or diffuse for maximum definition and texture. Innersense recommends I Create Definition specifically for curly to tight-curly textures that need stronger hold, separation and style longevity. The brand does not assign it an official porosity level, so it can be used across low, medium and high porosity hair; fine or low-porosity curls may especially appreciate the lightweight foam format, while dry, coarse or high-porosity curls may benefit from adding a moisturizing cream underneath. Because the hold is firm, start with less product and build only where additional structure is needed.
