Bounce Curl recommends the cream for fine, medium and coarse strands and wavy, curly and coily patterns, making it a versatile choice for textured hair that wants moisture and definition without a firm gel cast. Based on its blend of oils, butters and humectants, it can be particularly beneficial for medium-to-high porosity or dry hair, while fine or low-porosity hair should begin with a very small amount to preserve volume and avoid over-application.
