Sodium PCA and panthenol help support moisture retention and softness, while AG Care’s Curl Creating Complex, featuring rice extract and bio-fermented tomato extract, helps enhance the look and feel of naturally textured hair. A blend of kelp, carrageenan and other seaweed extracts provides additional conditioning support, while plant-derived keratin amino acids help reinforce the feel of the hair. Magnesium sulphate helps encourage texture and definition, making curl trigger particularly useful for waves and curls that need a little extra shape and bounce. The result is refreshed, more defined curls with lightweight moisture, movement and a soft hold that won't weigh down finer textures.

How to Use + Best For

Spray AG Care Curl Trigger evenly onto clean, damp hair, then scrunch upward to encourage your natural curl pattern; air-dry for softer texture or diffuse for greater definition and volume. It can also be misted onto dry hair between wash days to reactivate curls and restore shape without completely restyling your hair. CURL TRIGGER is especially well suited to fine to medium wavy and curly hair that becomes weighed down by heavier creams, but it can also be layered with other curl stylers when additional hold or moisture is needed. For low-to-medium porosity hair, its lightweight spray format can be a great option when richer styling products tend to sit on the hair or reduce volume; high-porosity or very dry curls may prefer to layer it over a moisturizing leave-in. AG Care recommends applying CURL TRIGGER before RE:Coil Curl Activator and Mousse Gel when using the three products together.
